Refund & Cancelation Policy

All ticket sales and purchases of services are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other event or service. Once you've completed your order, you will not be able to receive a refund or switch your tickets/bookings to a different date, so please be sure to review your order for accuracy prior to checking out. Unfortunately, if you missed your reading you will have to book a new one. As Nikki White Medium is a small business, Nikki's time is of great value. Of course, uncontrollable circumstances occur. If a reading was missed due to an emergency please email Nikki to discuss the options for rescheduling.

Soul Beauty Location Disclaimer

Soul Beauty, located at 54 Jefferson Square, De Soto, MO, is neither responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or incidents that occur on the premises, nor is it responsible for any personal property that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during events, sessions, or while visiting the premises. Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their belongings and for their own personal safety.

Child-Friendly Policy

All participants must be 18+ or accompanied by a legal guardian for all events, private 1:1 sessions, and group sessions organized by Nikki White Medium.

Nikki White Medium encourages attendees not to bring children under the age of 10 years old to these sessions. This policy has been established to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all participants, while also recognizing the importance of families and parenting.

While exceptions to this policy will be made in certain circumstances, attendees are strongly encouraged to make alternative arrangements for any children under the age of 10 years old. Children who do attend any of these sessions, regardless of age, will need a ticket for entry and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Nikki recognizes that some families may choose to bring their children to these sessions, but please note that they may contain content or activities that may not be suitable for young children.

By purchasing a ticket or attending any of these sessions, you agree to abide by this Child-Friendly Event Policy and understand that you are responsible for the safety and behavior of any children in your care.

Additionally, please be aware that the event organizers, Nikki White Medium, and its affiliates, are not responsible for providing childcare services during the sessions. It is the sole responsibility of parents and legal guardians to ensure the well-being and supervision of their children during the sessions.
