Cancellation Policy
Grace Period for Lateness: I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. I allow a 10-minute grace period for being late to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive within this 10-minute window, I will do my best to accommodate your session with the remaining time. However, if you are later than 10 minutes, you will be marked as a "no show" and your session will be forfeited and you will need to rebook your session, subject to availability. Missed Readings and Rescheduling: If you miss your reading due to unforeseen emergencies, please email me to discuss rescheduling options. I understand that uncontrollable circumstances can arise, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
